Honey Jack Daniels Cupcakes

Ingredients:
2 3/4 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup dutch-processed cocoa powder
1 Cup (2 Sticks) Butter (Unsalted and at room temp)
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs (Large and at room temp)
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Honey Jack Daniels
Preheat to 350 Degrees
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sift or whisk together and set aside.
Warm up your 1 cup of water and pour over cocoa, whisk, then add your one cup of Jack Daniels. Set aside.
Cream your butter and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy, about 8-10 minutes
Add your eggs to your sugar mixture, two at a time, and blend until incorporated .
Add your dry ingredients alternatively with your cocoa mixture. Begin by adding dry, then alternate with wet. Add dry in four parts, and the wet in three.
Bake until you can poke with a toothpick and it comes out clean. I don't give a specific bake time because some ovens bake a little differently (faster or slower).
